My Bubble: Stress Is Evil

Stress is an unavoidable consequence of life. It affects everyone and I’m no exception. It creeps up behind you, it consumes you and you don’t even know what hit you! Stress is definitely EVIL!

Oscar Wilde said “ We are each our own devil, and we make this world our hell.” How true and our head's the devil's playground. I totally believe I'm happy but why am I losing sleep over nothing? Funny huh? Well, I did a psycho-analysis on myself ... hahaha!!!

Let this quack share her opinion. Actually, I don't see any negative reasons for losing sleep but the high probability is due to the excitement I'm experiencing at my new workplace. There's just so many stuffs happening that put me on my toes. Noooooo ... I'm not complaining! It's more like the anticipated involvement to partake in stuffs on the next level that were snuffed out in my previous employment. They called it "cold-storaged."

No wonder, I've been affected by sinus infections, joint pains and high blood-sugar. Of course, I've overcome these setback ... they are just temporary disturbances and I'm still feeling great about everything. How come, you might want to ask.

That's because I'm following the principles of the Law of Attraction correctly. Let me share with you, my friends, followers and readers, a little tip to creating a more positive way of life. Allow the Law of Attraction to work for you;

  1. Frame your thoughts the way you would create positive affirmations, by focusing on what you do want rather than what frustrates you. See mine every Mondays.

  2. Keep a gratitude journal, where you record the things for which you are grateful. This practice helps you develop an attitude of gratitude, which creates a space for more abundance. See mine every Sunday.

  3. If you’re not sure how your thoughts affect your life, you can assess your thought patterns with a optimism quiz. Find out if you're a optimist or a pessimist.
  4. Accept What Is. Rather than spending every day focused on what you don’t like about your life and wishing things were different, try to come to terms with the bad as well as the good. This doesn’t mean that you don’t make positive changes in your life; it just means you don’t focus on your frustrations everyday. You make peace with what is, while making progress toward what you’d like to have.

Try it out and share your progress with me.

De-stressing is up to every individual. Yeah we're all adults here but let's start with something that's more simple and easily attainable. I de-stress by watching tv, reading and playing the PSP.

Stress can sometimes be good too. It pushes you to move ahead, yet it doesn't mean it's an angel. Just remember to differentiate the two.

I think my hormones run wild recently (because I am smitten with one girl), hence my comment. I think I misunderstood your post. I sincerely apologize. I totally agree with your comment here, I need to de-stress myself with simple every day things first. Thank you.
