What Am I Grateful For This Week ...

Are you grateful for what you have in your life? Although I don't reflect on it everyday, I try as often as I can. It makes a lot of difference when you think about it. There's just a calming peace that overwhelms me, letting me know that wherever I am in my life today ... everything sufficed. I have enough!

Even as we talk about gratitude, we will notice a change in our state of mind ... to one that is slowing down to feel a loving connection with everything around us. That's why adopting an attitude for gratitude is good for you because;

1. It makes you value all the good stuffs and people around you.

2. It makes you accept the challenges in your life and learn.

3. It makes you a stronger person to accept changes in your life.

Living our life in gratitude do not cost anything except the time needed for us to get into the habit. In the long run, the returns come in the form of increased happiness and joy ... isn't this worth your while?

Always keep in mind that, "Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings."

It has been a very busy week for me not only because I've resumed my ghostwriting assignments but also due to several health-related appointments. I cannot deny there were some fearful thoughts and disturbed emotions but I have hope. Where there's gratitude, there will be hope!

1. I am grateful that I can wake up every morning with a positive attitude.

2. I am grateful that I am able to end each day with accomplishments.

3. I am grateful that my health is under close scrutiny and control.

4. I am grateful for the continuous flow of assignments I received this week.

So ... are you feeling thankful and appreciative today?

"Your life is your own. You mold it. You make it."
