Law Of Attraction: Resist Insecurities For A Real Life

A little insecurity is considered normal. Everyone suffers some especially when caught in unfamiliar situations or places. In fact, to have none at all would have meant you are utterly fearless and this can spell danger due to the lack of preservation instinct.

On the other hand, to experience insecurities to the extent that they cripple you from coping with problems or situations can be as potentially dangerous too. Insecurity boils down to a low self-confidence. Insecure people normally find it difficult to feel gratitude or satisfaction for all the good that already exist in their life – food, shelter, water, electricity, career, friends, family etc. They constantly live under a cover of the dark shadow of struggle, doubt and fear. At their worst, they can even feel threatened by the delusion that the entire world is conspiring against them.

There are many possible reasons to feel insecure such as money problems, suffering relationships, fear of change and challenges, low self-esteem, lack of trust and social skills and not forgetting, depression. Under the premise of the law of attraction, the science of “like attracts like” means you attract what you think and feel strongly for. Naturally with insecurities, all thoughts and feelings are never on the right track. This only compounds the extent of what you fear and doubt. The more insecurity the more your world is filled with worries because you are so focused on the problem or situation.

Rather than feeling powerless, you should know that you can turn the law of attraction to your advantage. First and foremost, it is up to you to confront your fears and learn to address them one by one in order to turn your thoughts and feelings onto the right direction. You are never alone when dealing with your lack of confidence but only those who are serious about coming out from under the shadow of struggles, fears and doubt will seek help and where necessary some professional help to put things in perspective. Being around people who are positive in their attitude can definitely boost your confidence.

Unaware, insecurities had forced you to operate from a place that is imaginative only in your mind. Therefore, it is important to learn how to separate reality from fear. To achieve a progressive cognitive reconstruction, you need to change your awareness and develop a positive attitude towards life. Use your highly imaginative mind to create the kind of life you desire instead. The key for the law of attraction to work in your favor is your healthy positive mindset and that is undeniably within your own control. Start being grateful for everything you have in your life now as it is impossible to be negative when you are thankful.

It is never too late to change your attitude in life. With the science of the law of attraction, you can take control of your destiny. The power of choice is with you. Either you choose to continue feeling helpless or you proceed with a new journey towards a happier and fruitful life utilizes the same amount of effort but the results are worlds apart on opposite ends. So it’s up to you to decide.
