So what does the Law of Attraction has got to do with staying, feeling and looking young? Ageless living?

When we chanced upon a vivacious, energetic, young-looking woman who’s already into her 40s or 50s or 60s, we can tell that she’s got a few secrets that are worth sharing. Is it possible to actually slow down the aging process? Caroline Sutherland, a health educator in her book “The Body Knows...How to Stay Young” says YES!

As we move closer into retirement, most of us men and women begin to worry more and more about the degenerative breakdown of our body that will eventually lead to mobility, vision and hearing impairment including memory loss. So … do we want to avoid all this and remain as young as possible for as long as possible?

Caroline Sutherland is right! There are ways that we can do to stay young with healthy choices and habits. We can take control of how much and how fast our ageing process works, while possibly reversing some of the damages already done.

However, before we can even begin to decide on the choices and changing our habits, the key to successfully defeat the mutineers of our body is in fact to wrest over the control of our mind. As the saying goes “It’s all in the MIND”.

The power of our mind … the power of our thoughts … they are the powerful antidotes to aging. When we are depressed or angry or anxious, our mind will go into negative overdrive. Likewise, when we are happy, excited or contented, our mind generate positive thoughts that can uplift our spirits and put that smile on our face. Just as effortlessly as it can manifest failure, ill-health or all sorts of misfortunes, our mind can also manifest success, good health and happiness. However, it cannot manifest both at the same time. As such, how we behave and react to these situations can influence our body and ultimately, it can determine our vitality and longevity. With this said, we can determine how young and how old we are.

So let’s not allow our mind to dwell in the fear of growing old. Go ahead, allow our mind to embrace the grace of old age. Play our mind movie over and over as we visualize our energetic and youthful self and harness our positive thinking. Positive thoughts brings positive emotions and enhances our positive vibrations put out to the universe. Accordingly the Law of Attraction shall orchestra and we will manifest more of our desired ageless living in health, wealth and success!

To start off our journey towards ageless living, let's observe this simple tip. As we’ve heard many time over, “Laughter is the best medicine”. Amazing researches have found that our immune system could improve with 30 minutes of deep belly laughter every day. Laughter also increases the release of “feel good” endorphins. Yes!
