Law Of Attraction: You Can Do It Too! ~ Part 1

The Law of Attraction is all about using our thoughts to work for us, turning them into physical reality based on the concept of "like attract like".  Simple?

When we first start working with the Law of Attraction, it can be confusing trying to figure out where to start. How exactly do we use our thoughts to change our physical reality? 

Lesson #1 ~ Clean up our thoughts!

It is said that our thoughts are very powerful, and there's no denying it. A mind that is overrun with negative thoughts builds negative energies to attract the likes.  We end-up creating a reality that's overrun with  problems and lack.

So what are the majority of your thoughts like? Do you constantly expect the worst in every situation? Do you experience alot of anxieties and worries?  If that's the case, then it's time to turn them around!

Begin by choosing better thoughts. We can choose our thoughts, the choice is in our hands. Build the determination to shift our focus on to more positive thoughts in order to resonate positive energies. Give ourselves faith and time to expect the best in every situation rather than worrying about what could go wrong.

Believe it or not, our thought patterns are largely habits. If we've been so used to being doubtful, pessimistic and frustrated, it may seem impossible to turn it around but we can start with one thought at a time. The Law of Attraction do not decipher the right from the wrong. It just move to bring to us what we constantly focused our attention on. So, keep a watchful eye on our thoughts ... don't give in to those pesky negative thoughts!

Practice make perfect ... once we've gain control over our thoughts, we'll be on our way to a more positive-thinking habits!

A Tip: Adopt a positive affirmation to help re-program your thinking. “I can do it!” or “I feel good today!” or “I have faith in myself!” and the list goes on. Just create one that suits your state of mind at the moment. All the best!

Hi Nick, thanks for dropping by. I believe your blogging style is to draw things in the negative light on purpose (bitching and full of grouses) but you're actually a positive person. :)

TQ 4 sharing. Believed some of these negative thoughts were implanted in us when we were still in our adolescent. Need strong determination and character to remove these one by one. Reading positive articles like yours would go a long way in achieving this positivity and not forgetting guidance.

You're right, especially so in our Asian culture where we are brought up to 'kow tow' most of the time. Fortunately, it has become a given choice for our generation and the next ... to remain locked in our own time-warp or to put one step forward to change and receive the unending abundance from the Universe.
