My Bubble: Ready ... Get Set ... Go!!!

Everything's ready to go! 2 more days and we will be flying into the City of Sails ... Auckland!

New Zealand had always been my toppest dream destination although it had not been on lo kong's travel list. Anyhow, after having travel to several other countries ... Australia, China, HongKong, Macau, Thailand and Indonesia ... my dream is finally 99% materialising! I just need to plant my feet firmly on their soil and my dream will come true 100%!

New Zealand is a small, remote and thinly populated country but it offers outlandish scenery, superb food and wine, their indigenous Maouri culture and magical outdoor experiences. It is the real-life Middle-earth of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

Our adventure plan is finalised ... 3 nights soaking up Auckland City, campervan adventure for the next 10 days and it's back to reality for departure home when we rest our heads at the most expensive accommodation throughout our holiday (airport hotel) ... I guess we've unconsciously saved the best comfort for last.

Anyway, this is only the beginning of our love affair with Aotearoa as we will only manage to travel about 60% of the North Island and we have yet to touch-down on its South Island. We will definitely be returning at any available opportunities to take in the whole land!
